7. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary:

  • Commissions: Project details and communications are stored for 5 years for tax/legal purposes.
  • Community Accounts: Inactive accounts may be deleted after 2 years.
  • Payment Records: Retained for 7 years per financial regulations.

Anonymized analytics data is deleted after 26 months.



8. International Transfers

Data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your jurisdiction (e.g., U.S.-based payment processors). We use GDPR-approved safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) where required.
