4. Gifting

If you are purchasing an item as a gift, please provide the recipient’s Discord username at checkout to ensure the correct person receives the asset.

5. Usage of Purchased Assets

• Purchased assets may be used on Completed Avatars (e.g., Free, Public, For Sale, Nitro, etc.), subject to the terms listed here.
• You must credit Virtual Spice whenever the asset is used. The credit should be given with a visible link to this page. Example credit format: Cami Top - Virtual Spice.

6. Restrictions

• No Reselling: You are not permitted to resell the asset in any form, whether as-is or modified, to others.
• No Redistribution: You may not redistribute or share the asset with others, whether for free or for sale. Each asset is licensed to the buyer and may not be transferred to others without permission.
