  • A journal or piece of paper (optional)
  • A soft light source (like a candle or salt lamp)
  • A hand over your heart

🌸 Step-by-Step Ritual

1. Ground and Breathe

Sit comfortably. Feel your feet on the floor.

Place one hand on your heart, the other on your belly.

Take 3 slow breaths—long inhale, longer exhale.

Feel your body arrive in the moment.

2. Wear or Hold the Necklace

If you’re wearing The Tender Within, place your awareness at your chest where it rests.

Let it be an anchor—reminding you that it’s safe to feel.

3. Whisper the Invitation

Softly speak or think the words:

“I give myself permission to feel.

Repeat this as many times as feels right. Let your voice be gentle.

4. Journal or Reflect (optional)
