#1 How long is the intro going to take?

Your intro will take about 2-4 days to be finished, but there is also

a chance it takes longer depending on my free time and how many clients I have before you.

#2 Can I choose any song / color / font / style I want?

• Song: You can choose any song you want but I would like it to be something I can work with so as to be easier & enjoyable for me to make the intro as well as to make the best one possible for you. If I dont like the song you desire I will use one of my preference (You will get to know which one).

• Color: Yes, you can choose any color you want without any issues. Just make sure its on the rainbow.

• Font: No, you will not get to choose a font for your intro. I always prefer to use the most suitable font possible for the text/name you have given me so you dont have to worry.

• Style: Yes, you can request a style that was used by ME before and not from another designer. If you want a style that was used by another designer make sure to buy an intro from them and not from me.

You can also request multiple styles to be used in your intro but keep in mind that the price is going to be increased depending on how many styles you want to be used.

#3 Will I get a refund if I dont like the intro?

No, since this is a digital item that has already been made and cannot be undone no refunds will be issued. If you would like another intro you will have to pay again.
