At Vivid Print, all sales are final. Because our products include digital downloads and personalized/custom designs, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Important Details:
- Digital Products: Once a digital file has been purchased and delivered (via download link or email), it cannot be returned or refunded.
- Custom/Personalized Orders: Custom print designs, T-shirt prints, and crafted products are made-to-order and cannot be canceled or refunded once the design or production process has started.
- Errors on Our End: If there is a technical issue with your file (e.g., corrupted download) or a design error caused by us, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at creativeqview@gmail.com, and we will correct the file or resend your order at no additional cost.
