3. Receive Your Quote

  After your consultation, we’ll send a custom quote based on your project.

4. Design & Approval

  We’ll create your design and send you a proof for review.

5. Production & Delivery

  Once approved, we’ll move your order into production.

Turnaround Time

Custom orders typically take 7–14 business days, depending on the project’s complexity. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

Payment Policy

A 100% deposit is required before work begins.

Remaining balance is due before delivery.

All custom orders are final sale (no refunds).
