We have a strict no refunds policy, as we cannot return a digitally purchased product. We cannot be certain that customers will not abuse refunds just to get money back, but still continue to use the virtual model. All models sold are in a virtual form of a digitally downloaded file.

When you are in possession of a Volt Studios virtual game model, you must abide be the terms listed below. If these terms are broken, you risk losing your license to use our models.

• Reselling our models is not permitted, neither is giving them away.
• You may not leak our models.
• If you are blacklisted, you are not permitted to use our models in any capacity.
• You may not claim you are the author of our models.
• You may not use different parts of our products in other creations (e.g. our rail mesh on your track).
• You may not take our models and convert them into physical form (via e.g. 3D printing) without explicit written permission.

• You can use our models in your virtual games.
• You can modify the models (e.g. improving details).
