POLICY TERMS
POLICIES ARE FOR THE PURPOSE OF SUPPORTING THE CLIENT AND THE BUSINESS THROUGH CLEAR AND CONCISE TERMS
Walking Miracle Code maintains clear cancellation policies ensuring fairness for both clients and Counseling -Informed Mentorship while respecting the investment of time, preparation, and opportunity cost associated with scheduled sessions.
Individual coaching sessions, personal community coaching, and company coaching events require 35% of the purchase price as an inconvenience fee upon cancellation. This policy applies regardless of cancellation timing.
Scheduled coaching sessions represent reserved time that cannot be filled on short notice. Preparation work begins before sessions, including reviewing your situation, designing customized strategies, and creating personalized materials.
When cancellations occur, especially late cancellations, that preparation time and reserved scheduling slot represents lost opportunity to serve other clients. The inconvenience fee partially compensates for this investment while remaining fair to clients.
Schedule sessions during times you're confident you can attend. Use calendar reminders and notifications. Communicate potential conflicts as early as possible. Consider rescheduling rather than canceling when circumstances change.
Emergency situations are understood—life happens. However, planning ahead and honoring commitments respects both your investment and the professional services being provided.
Whenever possible, choose rescheduling over canceling. Rescheduling allows you to maintain your investment and receive services you've paid for, while respecting the Counseling -Informed Mentor's time through maintained commitment to the appointment.
Certain products and services are non-refundable due to their digital nature or immediate delivery upon purchase. These policies protect intellectual property while ensuring fairness in business practices.
