With over 15 years of experience in healthcare administration, networking, and business development, she brings a rare combination of spiritual grounding and operational excellence to every space she leads.

She is also the founder of Women With Vision & Purpose (WWVP), a global community designed to equip Christian women in business and ministry, and the founder of BYM Services, a strategic support firm dedicated to strengthening structure, systems, and sustainable growth for leaders and organizations.
