Dr. Chiquita Ayejetovo, CEO and Founder 

Dr. Chiquita Ayejetovo is a Board Certified Christian Counselor, executive leader, and founder of WGG Solutions, LLC, a faith-centered leadership and development firm serving minority men and women.

She became Board Certified in December 2022 through Emerge Christian Training Institute and continues to advance her theological and clinical foundation. In December 2024, she earned her Master’s degree in Theology and Doctrine in Christian Counseling from VineyardPlace Biblical Seminary, further deepening her integration of faith and evidence-informed practice.

With over 15 years of experience in healthcare administration, networking, and business development, Dr. Davis brings a rare combination of spiritual grounding and operational excellence to every space she leads.

She is also the founder of Women With Vision & Purpose (WWVP), a global community equipping Christian women in business and ministry, and the founder of BYM Services, a strategic support firm dedicated to strengthening structure, systems, and sustainable growth for leaders and organizations.

Dr. Davis is known for helping leaders move beyond inspiration into disciplined execution. Her work integrates faith, emotional intelligence, and executive-level strategy to create clarity, structure, and measurable progress.
