The Library of Congress has copyrighted the National Climate Change Warning Center Buffalo Street District Snow Model. This snow model was once on Google Play in 2018. The author Wayne Adams has a bachelor's degree in climate science and is working on his master's degree. He also obtained an associate's degree in Liberal Arts and meteorology studies in 2009. The meteorology study was from the University of Kansas. The model uses thermals of the lower atmosphere to produce forecasts of street-related snowfall by geo-pressure related to mid-latitude cyclones and Lake Effect Snow storms.
