On March 29, 2023 called the National Weather Service in Memphis TN, and forecast a tornado north of Tyro Mississippi to a forecaster at the office. Named it an EF-2 on the Enhanced Fujita Scale. The tornado did hit March 31, 2023, and I called last night giving them time to rate the tornado. The forecaster acknowledged my forecast accurately and said I needed to contact NOAA to get a letter sent to my question about how I could get a letterhead from NOAA acknowledging the forecast. I sent the email last night and awaiting a response.
