The Golgi Complex is an organelle that is a membrane source. It is filled with stacked-flattened pouches called cisternae. The Golgi Complex sends lipids and proteins to their destinations for the best use within the system of animals or plants. They are located within the cytoplasm of a cell whether it be humans or animals.
Vacuoles are organelles made up of storage bubbles or sacs within cells. Within the cytoplasm of a cell is where the vacuoles are located. They are enclosed by a membrane with fluid and are organelles. In order for the cell to survive, they need vacuoles for storing nutrients and also waste products. This keeps the toxicity of the waste from going all over the body of an animal. Also, waste products are ejected by the vacuoles keeping the body of an animal healthy from toxicity. Plant cells have larger vacuoles than animals.
