The angiosperm um2 count across Texas today near rivers will be over 3000 um2 in most cases. This will lead to capping of tornado potential near rivers unless the NO3 count can jump to 0101. In most cases that would be isolated nature near Trinity, Rusk, Terrell, or Corsicana Texas, and Shreveport Louisiana regions. Otherwise, open country farming land could be the best bet for NO3 and CH4 production of tornado development today. This will all hinge on if atmospheric tendencies such as wind shear and Theta-e parameters can come together. Regardless, areas of this nature for tornado development could occur near Oak Grove, Hillsboro, Killeen, Marshall, Bonham, Center, Jasper, Brenham, and College Station Texas. Hugo Oklahoma areas in open country farming land could be another area to watch.
