The angiosperm um2 count across Western Oklahoma, North Texas, Texas Panhandle, and West Texas today near rivers will be over 3000 um2 in most cases. This will lead to capping of tornado potential near rivers unless the NO3 count can jump from 0111 to 0121. In most cases, that would be very isolated in nature. Otherwise, open country farming land could be the best bet for today's NO3 and CH4 production of tornado development, if it can get going at all. This will all hinge on if atmospheric tendencies such as wind shear and Theta-e parameters can come together at the right time and location. Also, pre-storm prep ahead of ongoing storms could lead to conditions becoming more favorable to tornadoes in these regions. Lots of variables today.
