The country of Vietnam has issued evacuation orders for residents along the coastline that will be impacted by Typhoon Noru. According to the Vietnam meteorology agency winds of up to 113 miles per hour are possible as Typhoon Noru comes ashore. About 270,000 servicemen from the military of Vietnam are assisting in the evacuations.
