Dioxins in Ohio

Dioxins have to be found in animal fat, unlike testing for vinyl chloride in the air. Hydrochloric acid must be tested in a test tube most likely an EPA lab would be the best place for this. It is because hydrochloric acid must be mixed with silver nitrate to get a reaction in order to tell if it is an active ingredient within a local. For the locals in Ohio, this is why the EPA can't just look at a location and say there are no dioxins. It takes samples to know if dioxins are in that area from the fallout of the chemical burn. Most likely there are some dioxins present within the dead animals but not expecting a ton to be found.
