The Unlimited Plan allows members to monetize music created with We Sample. 

Under the Unlimited Plan, any sound you use and download is covered with an exclusive license to use music for monetized video content across websites, online ads and social platforms including, but not limited to, YouTube, Twitch, TikTok and Instagram. This means that only you will have access to this track with the rights to use in monetized content.

Under the Unlimited Plan, any Global Track you download is covered with a non-exclusive license to use for monetized video content for websites, online ads and social platforms. This means that any premium user can download and use these tracks in their monetized content, royalty free. Monetize Sounds on any audio streaming platforms including, but not limited to, Spotify, Apple Music and Soundcloud. 

Under the Unlimited plan, the copyright of the tracks you create is owned by We Sample Inc. You ALWAYS need to give credit to our producers when using the track under the Unlimited plan “Prod. by [PRODUCER NAME]”. License to monetize music from We Sample is active with your paid subscription and terminates upon cancellation. Copyright of a track is available for sale for active unlimited subscribers who wish to terminate their plan, but maintain rights to monetize sounds created by We Sample.

While the premium license covers subscribers' ability to monetize We Sample music across social content and digital streaming platforms, subscribers must purchase copyright in order to sell music they create on We Sample. Copyright of all tracks created on We Sample are owned by We Sample, but available for sale to active premium subscribers who wish to sell the music they create or maintain rights to monetize the music after canceling their subscription.

Are the tracks I use from Soundful royalty free? Yes! Unlimited subscribers will not pay licensing fees/royalties for tracks they monetize or use on monetized content. License to monetize music created on We Sample is active with paid subscription. Copyright of tracks are available for sale to active subscribers who wish to terminate their subscription, but maintain rights to monetize music created with We Sample.

Yes! Enterprise subscribers receive 5 exclusive licenses per month to upload and monetize tracks on digital streaming platforms (DSPs), no copyright required! License to monetize music is active with paid subscription.

You always get a unique sound. The same sounds will never be created more than once.

Unlmited members can download unlimited high quality WAV files. All beats will also come in MP3 Format, and can optionally be obtained including stems and/ or track outs.

We will store the tracks you've created on the platform and those tracks you've downloaded as part of your subscription will always be available. Your license to monetize music on streaming platforms or use music on monetized content across online ads and social platforms will expire upon plan cancellation. Copyright of tracks are available for sale for active subscribers who wish to terminate their subscription, but maintain rights to monetize music created with We Sample.
