1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using the Platform for its services (“Services”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

2. SERVICE PROVIDER

Wealth Orb Circle offers coaching services focused on personal growth, financial independence, and success strategies. Coaching is not therapy, legal advice, or financial consulting. The goal is to provide guidance, strategies, and accountability to help clients reach their goals.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials, content, and resources provided by Wealth Orb Circle—including worksheets, strategies, recordings, and any digital or physical materials—are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may NOT:

Share, reproduce, or distribute coaching materials without permission.

Resell or use Wealth Orb Circle content for commercial purposes.

Claim any of the coaching methods, frameworks, or resources as your own. Without our prior express written consent.

4. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

Membership fees are specified on the Platform. Payment processing is handled by a third-party payment processor. WealthOrbCircle is not liable in any way for any issues arising out of the payment processing services provided by such party payment processor. Coaching sessions are non-refundable once completed. You may reschedule a session at least 48 hours in advance via the booking system.

Missed sessions or cancellations less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable.

If you are late, the session will not be extended past the scheduled time. For the 8-week coaching plan, refunds are available only within 48 hours of payment, as long as no sessions have been completed. Once the first session takes place, all sales are final. 5. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform and courses at our sole discretion, without notice, if a client is disrespectful or disruptive.

The client fails to follow the agreed coaching process.

Any violation of these Terms of Service occurs.

6. USER CODE OF CONDUCT

Respect & Professionalism

• Treat your coach and other participants (if applicable) with respect.
• Communicate in a professional and constructive manner.

Commitment & Accountability

• Be fully engaged in the coaching process.
• Follow through on commitments and agreed action steps.

Prohibited Behavior

• Harassment, hate speech, or offensive language is strictly prohibited.
• Recording or distributing coaching sessions without permission.
• Attempting to solicit or promote outside business opportunities during sessions.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the coaching experience.
• Belongs to another person and to which you do not have any rights.

Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in termination of services without a refund.

7. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes if any. By continuing to use the Platform after any modifications, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

8. DISCLAIMER

Coaching is meant for educational and personal development purposes only. We do not guarantee specific results, financial outcomes, or career success. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

No Guarantees: We do not guarantee specific results, financial success, or career advancements. Outcomes depend entirely on the client’s effort, decisions, and application of coaching insights.

Personal Responsibility: You are responsible for your actions, choices, and implementation of coaching strategies. Wealth Orb Circle is not liable for any direct or indirect losses, damages, or consequences resulting from coaching sessions.

Maximum Liability: In no event shall Wealth Orb Circle, its owner(s), employees, or affiliates be liable for any amount exceeding the total fee paid by the client for the coaching services.

Third-Party Services: If any external resources, apps, or services are recommended, Wealth Orb Circle is not responsible for their performance, accuracy, or any damages caused by their use.

Health & Well-Being: Coaching does not substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice. Clients should seek qualified professionals where necessary.
