By purchasing a design from this catalog you agree to the terms and conditions below. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

By completing your purchase you are acquiring an Exclusive License — a sole, permanent, and non-transferable right to use the purchased pattern design for unlimited commercial purposes, both physical and digital.

All products are digital downloads. No physical products will be shipped. Due to the nature of digital goods, returns, refunds, exchanges or cancellations are not available.

The purchase allows you to:

- Use the pattern design for any physical or digital product for unlimited units, for unlimited time

- Scale the design depending on your needs and product specification

- Use the design across multiple product categories within your brand

The purchase does not allow you to (strictly prohibited):

- Change or alter the design's colors — these are hand-painted originals and color modification is not permitted

- Duplicate, sublicense, resell or transfer the digital files to any third party

- Upload the design to print-on-demand platforms such as Redbubble, Spoonflower, Society6, Zazzle, Printify, Printful or similar

- Sell the pattern design as NFT

Upon completed purchase:

- The design is permanently retired from all future sales and will not be offered to any other client

- The design will be removed from Webvilla Studio catalog within 3 business days

- Buyer receives high resolution files: seamless repeat tile in JPG, PNG and PSD format, 3600×3600px, 300 dpi, RGB

All pattern designs remain the intellectual property of the Author — Beata Pijanowska. The exclusive license transfers commercial usage rights only, not the copyright or authorship of the work.
