We want to make sure you love our products and quality is guaranteed. If there is a print error or visible quality issue, we'll replace or refund it. For any quality issues, be sure to provide clear photos of the products on a flat, well-lit surface. This quick and simple step will help us to provide a speedy resolution.

Because products are made to order, we do not accept general returns or sizing-related returns.

Cancellations

All of our products are made to order especially for you. If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. You can edit your order at any time before it goes to production.

Once your order has gone to production, you may be eligible for a replacement/resolution depending on the situation. After you’ve received your order, you have 30 days to address any quality issues.

Damaged/Quality Issues

For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the quality issue of the print or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.

Refunds policy

PayPal: Any refunds processed will show back up in your Paypal account balance within 24 business hours.

Credit Card: Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Digital Products Policy

There is no return option for digital products. Please select your product carefully as there are no refunds.

Licensing for Royalty Free Music

WilliaCraft Studio – Royalty‑Free Music License & Terms of Use

Introduction

WilliaCraft Studio provides non‑exclusive, royalty‑free music licenses for content creators, YouTubers, and other digital media producers. By purchasing or downloading any track from WilliaCraft Studio, you agree to the following terms.

1. What you are buying

You are purchasing a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to use the music in your projects.
You are not buying the copyright or ownership of the music, only a license to sync it to your content.
The original copyright and all underlying rights remain with WilliaCraft Studio (and/or the named composer).

2. Permitted uses

You may use licensed tracks from WilliaCraft Studio for:

YouTube videos (monetized or not).
Social media content (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, shorts, reels).
Podcasts and audio shows.
Online courses, tutorials, and educational videos.
Livestreams and pre‑recorded streams.
Client work (e.g. wedding videos, promo videos, brand content), where you deliver a finished video or audio project.
Internal business content (presentations, training videos, etc.).

Unless otherwise stated, usage is:

Worldwide.
In perpetuity (no expiry).
Unlimited number of projects for a single license holder (you/your business).

3. Prohibited uses

You may not:

Resell, redistribute, or share the raw music file “as is” (for example as a music track, in a sample pack, or in any stock music / sound library).
Claim the music as your own composition or authorship.
Register the track in any content‑ID, fingerprinting, or rights‑management system (e.g. YouTube Content ID, Facebook Rights Manager) as if you own the rights.
Create a music‑only product where the primary value is the track itself (e.g. releasing it on Spotify/Apple Music under your artist name, selling it as a standalone track, adding it to “royalty‑free music” bundles).
Use the tracks in any way that violates the law or promotes hate, explicit violence, or illegal activity.

4. AI‑assisted production notice

Many tracks are initially generated with AI tools and then edited, arranged, and mastered by WilliaCraft Studio.
You receive a normal royalty‑free license to use the final audio in your content.
You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with the terms of the platforms where you upload (e.g. YouTube, TikTok).

5. Editing and modifications

You are allowed to:

Trim, loop, fade, or otherwise edit the track to fit your video or audio project.
Use included alternate versions (e.g. 30‑second edit) as needed.

You are not allowed to:

Edit the track and then sell or re‑upload it as your own music or as a new stock track.
Remove or alter any embedded metadata in a way that misrepresents ownership.

6. Transfer to clients

If you are a video editor, agency, or freelancer, you may use the track in a project for a client and deliver the final project to them.
Your client may use that final project (video, podcast, etc.) as part of their normal activities.
Neither you nor your client may resell or share the raw music file separately.

7. Refunds and chargebacks

Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are generally final.
If you experience technical issues with a download, contact WilliaCraft Studio for support.
Abuse of chargebacks or refunds may result in termination of your license.

8. Agreement

By purchasing, downloading, or using any WilliaCraft Studio track, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

FAQs for Royalty Free Music Downloads

Q1. Can I use this music in monetized YouTube videos?

Yes. You may use WilliaCraft Studio tracks in monetized YouTube videos and other ad‑supported platforms, under the license terms.

Q2. Will I get copyright claims on YouTube?

These tracks are not registered by WilliaCraft Studio in YouTube Content ID. However, automated systems are imperfect; if you receive an incorrect claim, contact WilliaCraft Studio with details so we can help you resolve it.

Q3. Can I use the music for my clients’ videos?

Yes. You can use the music in client projects and deliver the final video or audio project. Your client may not resell or distribute the raw music file by itself.

Q4. Can I use the music on other platforms like Instagram, TikTok, podcasts, or Twitch?

Yes, you can generally use the tracks across major social and streaming platforms, as long as you comply with each platform’s terms and our license.

Q5. Can I redistribute or resell the track?

No. You cannot upload the track to stock libraries, sample packs, or streaming platforms as your own music, or share it as a free download.

Q6. Can I make my own song or remix out of this track and release it?

No. The license is for using the track as backing music in sync with video/audio projects, not for creating new songs or music‑only releases under your own artist name.

Q7. Do I need to credit WilliaCraft Studio?

Credit is appreciated but not required. When possible, you can use:

“Music: WilliaCraft Studio” or similar.

Q8. Are there any usage limits or time limits?

For standard licenses, usage is worldwide, in perpetuity, and for unlimited projects for the license holder, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
