All digital product sales are final once a file has been downloaded.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges as standard.

Exceptions

We will issue a refund or replacement if:

• The file is corrupted and cannot be opened.
• The product is materially not as described due to an error on our part.

Include your order number, date of purchase, a description of the issue, and any supporting screenshots.

We will respond within 5 business days.
