Terms & Conditions



PAYMENT

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to begin work on any project. Payment must be paid in full upon completion of project, before completed work is given to client. Payment will be made to the Business via an approved payment card, or by any other payment method determined by the Business.


INVOICES

The Business will invoice the Client after completion of milestone(s) or the Project, unless otherwise noted in the Payment schedule. The Client agrees to pay invoice(s) by the due date(s) specified. Unpaid or overdue invoices may result in suspension or termination of the Project.


PROOFING

The Client promises to review the work product, to be reasonably available to the Business if the Business has questions regarding this project, and to provide timely feedback and decisions. It is the client’s responsibility to carefully review the proofs for any error. That includes: spelling, layout, website URLS, phone numbers, directions, etc. Once the client gives final approval any errors are corrected at the Client’s expense.


Willow & Harmony is happy to make any changes required. Semi-Custom designs include 2 rounds of revision and custom designs include 4 rounds of revision. Additional Revisions will be billed at £25 per proof.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

All custom/personalized pieces (including but not limited to invitations, stationery, day-of wedding pieces, and guest addressing) are non-returnable and non-refundable. Willow & Harmony guarantees customer satisfaction, so if there are any issues they will be dealt with on a case by case basis.


POSTAGE

Postage is the responsibility of the client, unless otherwise stipulated in the contract. Willow & Harmony makes no implied claims or warranties for the cost of postage to mail products. Willow & Harmony is not responsible for any damages to items once out of possession, including damages or loss incurred as a result of postal equipment, shipping equipment, inclement weather, or other situations beyond our control.


COPYRIGHT

Willow & Harmony retains all rights to artwork and designs, including but not limited to Bespoke, DIY and semi-custom designs. Any reproduction or commercial sales of artwork provided by Willow & Harmony is prohibited unless given prior written permission from Willow & Harmony.


CANCELLATION & TERMINATION OF CONTRACT

The Contract ends on contract end date unless one of the parties ends the contract before that time. If the client chooses to end the Contract prior to Project completion, the Client is responsible for paying for all work and costs incurred up until that date.
