Digital Products (No Returns or Refunds)
All digital downloads are non‑refundable.
Because files cannot be returned once downloaded, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any digital item.
If you experience an issue accessing your files, please contact us and we will help you resolve it.
Physical Products (Returns for Issues Only)
We accept returns or offer replacements only if your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning or replacing the item.
No Returns for Buyer’s Remorse
We do not accept returns for:
- Changing your mind
- Ordering the wrong item
- Not reading the product description
- Disliking a scent, color, or style
This applies to both digital and physical products.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If a package is delayed or lost by the shipping carrier, we will assist you in filing a claim, but it is not automatically refundable.
Replacements
If your physical item qualifies for a return, we may offer:
- A replacement
- Store credit
- A refund
