By purchasing, downloading, or using any Yunii avatar or asset, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Age Requirement

You must be 18 years old or older to purchase or use any Yunii avatar.

My work is intended for mature audiences only.

Usage & Editing

Do NOT reuse, redistribute, or extract my body or head sculpts for commercial or personal use.

• You may edit the avatar (textures, colors, etc.) as long as the original body and head sculpt are not modified.
• Do not remove ring with Yunii's Logo + Yunii's name in head.

Do NOT take assets off the model. If you want to use an asset separately, you must purchase it from the original creator as each asset is credited.

Distribution & Sharing

Do NOT make my models public under any circumstances.

Do NOT price split, leak, trade, or share my models or files. Not only will you be violating my TOS, but you will also be violating other creator's TOS as well which can lead to DMCA actions.

• Do NOT resell my work in any form.
• Do NOT claim my work as your own.

!! Streaming & Content Creation !!

• Use of Yunii avatars for streaming, VTubing, video content, or live content requires CREDITING.

Credit is mandatory on all platforms, including but not limited to:

• TikTok
• Twitch
• YouTube
• Instagram
• Twitter / X
• Kick
• Clips, Shorts, Reels, and VODs

Credit must be clearly visible in at least one of the following:

• Video description
• Profile bio
• Pinned comment
• On-screen credit (when applicable)
• ETC.

Acceptable credit examples:

• x Avatar by Yunii
• x Model by Yunii

Failure to provide proper credit may result in:

• Revocation of streaming permission
• DMCA takedown requests
• Loss of access to future Yunii products

Refunds

NO REFUNDS. All sales are final.

Account & Purchase Integrity

Incorrect or false information at checkout (including name, email, or Payhip account details) will result in immediate revocation of access to my shop and products.

Credit (non-streaming related)

Credit is required when posting on social media or showcasing the avatar.

(Example: “Avatar by Yunii” or “Model by Yunii”)

Tagging is strongly encouraged when possible. (I love seeing your photos!)

DMCA & Copyright Protection

All Yunii avatars, models, textures, meshes, and included files are copyrighted works and are protected under U.S. and international copyright law.

Unauthorized use, including but not limited to:

• Reuploading
• Reselling
• Sharing
• Leaking
• Public uploads
• Asset extraction
• Claiming ownership

will result in DMCA takedown notices being filed without warning.

DMCA notices may be issued to, but are not limited to:

• VRChat
• PayHip
• Gumroad
• Discord
• Booth
• Twitter / X
• TikTok
• Instagram
• YouTube

Any hosting, marketplace, or social media platform involved.

Repeat or severe violations may result in:

• Permanent loss of access to Yunii products
• Blacklisting from future purchases
• Further legal action where applicable

Purchasing a Yunii avatar does NOT grant ownership of the model.
