Returns Policy for ZAMz Handmade Accessories


Thank you for shopping with us! We take pride in our handmade jewelry and accessories, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. 



Returns


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, and with all tags attached. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.




Return Process


  • Contact us at zamzhandmadeaccessories@gmail.com to initiate a return.


  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging.


  • Ship the item back to us at the address provided in our response. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs.



Exclusions


Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on custom orders, sale items or gift cards.


For hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for returns unless they are faulty.



Exchanges


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.



Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
