Welcome to ZUVOMIYA: A Little Story, Frame by Frame

What if the world changed with you?

I’m Anna Glazyrina, the creator of ZUVOMIYA — an original animated universe where attention, empathy and trust can reveal unfamiliar sides of reality.

Welcome to my studio journal. Here, I’ll share the stories, characters and creative choices behind these little films.

For this first post, let’s step inside The Whale’s Song.

A girl meets a whale beside the water. Their encounter unfolds through glances, small gestures and golden light. In just 30 seconds, an ordinary moment becomes something magical.

Six frames, one small journey

The storyboard below is assembled from the finished film. It lets us pause and look at how the scene develops:

01 — The encounter

The girl reaches towards the whale. Their difference in scale makes her small gesture feel tender.

02 — A first spark

A golden ring appears on the water. Her expression draws our attention to the discovery.

03 — A quiet pause

The scene gives the characters a moment together. Stillness makes room for anticipation.

04 — A closer look

Their faces fill more of the frame, bringing their reactions into focus.

05 — Light on the water

Golden patterns spread across the surface. The magic becomes something they can share.

06 — The hidden garden

Glowing plants beneath the water add another layer to the scene — a final invitation to look closer.

For me, the heart of this little film is the connection between its characters. The light gives that connection a visible form.

ZUVOMIYA combines my creative direction with AI-assisted image and animation tools, editing and sound. This journal will offer a closer look at that process as the world grows.

The Whale’s Song is available in the ZUVOMIYA shop as a downloadable 30-second animated short, with music and sound effects.

Which frame would make you pause?

With warmth,
