Sculpting TOS”
→ Sculpting Commissions are, as they say, “personal & commercial”. Personal meaning only for YOU, no sale usage. Commercial meaning you may use on a SALE model / FINISHED model.
→ For more than ONE usage of the Commercial Sculpt, you will be charged with another $10 fee, on top of the commission. If you do not pay the extra fee, you will serve punishment.
→ You may not re-use the commercial sculpt until you have paid the $10 fee.
→ I will NOT redo, resculpt, edit or fix anyone else’s model or sculpt, for you unless it is YOUR model you are SELLING COMMERCIALLY.
→ You must at all times, CREDIT ME (whether you edited the sculpt or not, if it is MY BASE sculpt I did, you must credit me). Credit Info: ZarZar - Link My Store Page !
Commission TOS”
→ There are NO REFUNDS ALLOWED ! Once a commission is started and the start fee is given, there is no going back and still NO REFUNDS ALLOWED !
→ Do NOT rush me, I do have my own work to do to take care of my IRL life. Please be patient with me. I will send you updates meaning, photos or videos of the progress as it is getting done. Giving you @’s in the ticket as needed. If you are rude or disrespectful in any way towards me, my time or my team. I will cancel your commission and give your spot to another person.
→ The pricing is always going to be IN FULL, when starting a commission and the charges throughout it. You are NOT ALLOWED to split the price, pay less then what is stated or let someone else pay for your commission.
→ If your commission gets ripped, leaked or stolen. I will not give you another commission. It is your job after your commission to protect it. This being said you are NOT ALLOWED to sell / trade or give anyone YOUR commission or you will be banned / blacklisted from my store and server.
→ You will only have 1 week to come to me after your commission is done to tell me any issues or problems with said commission before I full close and delete all projects of that commission !
→ If you choose to do a commission for a PERSONAL avatar, aka the avatar collection package. You are NOT ALLOWED to sell the avatar commercially, make it public or give it to other people. If I catch wind of you doing said actions it will be taken legally and you will be banned and blacklisted from my store and server.
→ There will be more said when you commission !
