Refund & Cancellation

At Zeflik, we are committed to providing high-quality digital products including planners, journals, templates, SVGs, and bundles. Our goal is to make your life easier, more organized, and more creative. Because of the nature of digital goods, it is important to explain our Refund and Cancellation Policy clearly so that you can make informed decisions before completing a purchase.



1. Digital Nature of Our Products

All items sold on our website are digital downloads. This means that once a purchase is completed, you will receive instant access to the files. Unlike physical goods, digital files cannot be “returned” to us once they have been downloaded or accessed. For this reason, we currently do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any digital product purchases.

We understand this may feel different compared to physical products, but instant downloads are immediately usable, and access cannot be revoked once delivered.



2. Why We Cannot Offer Refunds Right Now

Our policy is designed to protect the integrity of our products and ensure fairness for all customers. Once a digital file has been purchased and delivered, there is no practical way to confirm that it has not been copied, stored, or used. Offering refunds in such cases would create challenges in maintaining the value and exclusivity of our work.

Additionally, many of our products involve extensive time, creativity, and effort in design. To keep prices fair and quality high, we must ensure that all completed purchases remain final.



3. Important Dates & Future Policy Changes

While refunds and cancellations are not available at this time, we are actively reviewing our policies and working to introduce a more flexible solution for our customers.

👉 Starting January 1, 2026, we plan to implement a Refund & Cancellation Policy update. This updated policy may include limited circumstances under which refunds could be considered (such as duplicate purchases, technical issues, or file errors). Details will be published on our website closer to that date.

Until then, all purchases made are considered final and non-refundable.



4. Customer Responsibility Before Purchase

We encourage all customers to carefully review the following before placing an order:

  • ✅ Check compatibility with your devices, apps, or cutting machines (e.g., Cricut, Silhouette, GoodNotes, iPad, etc.).
  • ✅ Review product previews, sample images, or demo files (if provided).
  • ✅ Contact us with any questions before purchasing—we are happy to help clarify product details.

This ensures you are confident about your purchase and fully understand what is included.



5. Technical Issues and Support

While refunds are not available, our team is committed to ensuring you can successfully access and use your files. If you face any technical problems such as:

  • Trouble downloading files
  • Corrupted or incomplete files
  • Issues with access links

Please contact our support team at [your support email/contact form link]. We will promptly resend your files, provide alternative formats if available, or assist you in troubleshooting.



6. Duplicate or Accidental Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please reach out to us immediately. While refunds are not offered, we can:

  • Issue store credit for future use, or
  • Exchange the duplicate purchase for another product of equal value.

This helps ensure you do not lose value from your transaction.
