Upcoming Court Case on October 30
We have an important court hearing scheduled for October 30, which we will attend in person. We are hopeful that this hearing will bring us one step closer to bringing KM home. Please keep the Honorable Stacey E. Lee in your prayers as she presides over our hearings. We pray she hears all the facts and makes a decision that ensures KM's long-term safety, well-being, and stability.
Gratitude for Your Support
We are incredibly thankful for the 34 donations we have received to date. You might notice many offline donations on our GoFundMe page —these come from our Etsy and Payhip sales, as well as direct contributions. We are committed to being 100% transparent about all donations received, ensuring we maintain transparency without compromising sensitive information related to our court case. Your understanding and respect for our privacy in certain areas are deeply appreciated.
Staying Busy and Positive
Jehovah has been keeping us busy, as Ecclesiastes 5:20 reminds us it will help the time pass swiftly. We are grateful for all the projects, big and small, that bring us joy, the privilege to serve our community, and the loving support and prayers from everyone. All of this helps the time pass swiftly and keeps us focused on the positive.
A Prayer for Peace
Our hope is to bring KM home with us after the hearing on October 30, though this will ultimately be in the judge's hands. We continue to pray for KM's safety and strive to maintain peace in our lives. As Proverbs 26:20 says, "Where there is no wood, the fire goes out." This reminds us to seek peace and avoid unnecessary conflict.
