I serve as the Director General of the Tanzania Foundation for Research and Statistics (TFoRS) and the Director General of OraiChain Company. My work focuses on advancing research excellence, digital innovation, and technology-driven solutions. My professional expertise includes data science, computer networking, cybersecurity, CompTIA Security+ (SY0-601), digital forensic investigation, statistical modelling, cyber-risk management, data governance, and technology-driven research systems. My research also extends to mental health, digital transformation, and evidence-based policy development.
