For the programs, you'll just need your phone or a laptop so you can follow along as you perform your training.
You can supplement your training using equipment like a boxing bag, or working together with a partner. But this is not necessary.
OF COURSE it's great to have something like a punching bag. But, before you go on to hitting objects or people, we recommend you do a lot of repetitions of each technique area by shadow boxing. Starting with shadow boxing will get you comfortable with the movements and will help prevent injury. THEN you could practice with a bag or training partner.

Realistically by week 2 you should already notice fat loss improvements. By week 3 you will definitely notice strength improvements. Each week, results will be increasingly more noticeable.
