The Secrets of the Youthful Face, Face Exercises for Everyone, was designed to aid beginners who wish to partake of the benefits of natural facial exercises or, as some would call it, facial yoga.


 This book is separated cleanly into two sections. The first part is focused on giving you an overview of what facial exercises are, and what they are not.
