Due to the digital nature of our Software, all sales are final once a license key is activated. However, we provide refunds under limited circumstances to ensure fairness and maintain product integrity.

1.1 Refund Eligibility

• Accidental Purchases: If you purchase the wrong product or make an inadvertent purchase, contact us within 15 minutes at support@riptweaks.com or via our Discord support system.
• Duplicate Purchases: Should you accidentally purchase the same product twice, you may request a refund for the duplicate charge.

1.2 No Refunds After Activation

Once a license key is activated, no refunds will be granted. This policy protects the integrity of our digital product.

1.3 Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback will result in an immediate, permanent ban from all RIP Tweaks services. Your IP address and device details will be blacklisted to prevent future transactions.
• Investigation Process: All refund and chargeback requests will be thoroughly reviewed. If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within up to 10 business days.

1.4 No Tampering Clause

Any attempt to circumvent our refund policies by altering or reverting the Software’s effects will result in immediate termination of your license and future access.
