TERMS OF SERVICE & END OF USER AGREEMENT

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any product from astrae, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms of Service (TOS) & End of User Agreement (EULA) (“Terms”).
Throughout these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to astrae, and “you” or “your” refers to the purchaser, designated giftee, or other person accessing or using our products.
If you do not agree, DO NOT purchase, download, access, or use our products.
PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING
- All sales are FINAL. Refunds are not provided except where required by law.
- Your purchase grants you a personal, limited license, you do not own our files or intellectual property.
- Do not leak, share, rip, resell, redistribute, or publicly upload our products or files.
- Do not use our products or assets for AI training, NFTs, or unauthorized commercial work.
- We will revoke your license and/or ban you if you violate these Terms.
- Chargebacks and payment disputes will result in license termination and store bans, regardless of whether the dispute succeeds.
- We will investigate suspected piracy, including through relevant public information and community reports.
- We may report confirmed or reasonably substantiated violations to relevant platforms, rights holders, payment providers, or communities.
- If you believe an enforcement decision was made in error, you may appeal through our official Discord.

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & LICENSE
All our products are digital goods. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, and refunds are not provided except when expressly approved by the us.
Purchasing a product grants the purchaser or designated giftee a single, limited, non-transferable license for personal use in VRChat. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of its files, artwork, models, textures, designs, or other intellectual property.
Uploading, publishing, or otherwise making any purchased product or its files publicly accessible is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of the Terms. This includes public file repositories, unauthorized websites, file-sharing services, Discord servers, and any other method of distributing or providing access to the product or its files.
The license is conditional upon compliance with these Terms.
2. PROHIBITED USE
You may edit products for personal customization and optimization, but you
MUST NOT:
- Share, leak, trade, resell, upload, or redistribute product files,
- Perform avatar ripping, extraction, or unauthorized access,
- Extract, reuse, or redistribute meshes, textures, materials, or other included assets independently,
- Use products as bases for commercial products or commissions without permission,
- Remove, obscure, or alter credits, branding, or identifying marks intentionally placed on the product,
- Create or distribute unauthorized head/body swaps or substantially derivative versions,
- Use products or assets for AI training, dataset creation, AI generation, or NFTs,
- Claim our work as your own,
- Circumvent download, access, licensing, or security restrictions,
- Intentionally reproduce or closely imitate distinctive astrae designs for competing or substitute products.
These restrictions apply to purchased, gifted, free, edited, and otherwise obtained our products.
3. PUBLIC USE & CONTENT
Using a our avatar for streaming, VTubing, videos, screenshots, or similar public content is permitted with reasonable credit to astrae and our store.
Products may not be used to promote hate speech, harassment, discrimination, illegal activity, or sexually exploitative content involving minors.
4. THIRD-PARTY WORK
Another creator may ONLY access or modify astrae products if they possess a valid license for that specific product and the applicable work is permitted under these Terms.
Permission from us is required where third-party work involves transferring or providing product files. Unauthorized sharing of files for commissions or modifications is prohibited.
5. SECURITY, PIRACY & ACCESS TERMINATION
We frequently conduct reasonable checks using publicly available information and relevant community reports concerning piracy, avatar ripping, leaking, fraud, unauthorized redistribution, or similar misconduct.
External reports or blacklist entries may be considered but are not automatically treated as conclusive proof.
If we have reasonable, documented grounds to believe that a customer has violated these Terms, engaged in piracy, or presents a significant risk to our intellectual property, we will:
- Deny or cancel a purchase,
- Suspend or revoke product access,
- Terminate the associated license,
- Permanently ban the customer from the store,
- Prevent future purchases,
- Preserve relevant evidence, and
- Report the matter to relevant platforms, rights holders, payment providers, moderators, or community administrators.
Access will be revoked even when misconduct is discovered immediately after purchase and before the customer has downloaded or accessed the product.
Termination of access or a license does not invalidate the original transaction or prevent us from presenting relevant records when responding to a payment dispute.
6. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
Customers should contact us through our official support system regarding legitimate order or delivery problems before initiating a payment dispute.
A chargeback or payment reversal does not automatically establish that a refund is owed.
If a dispute occurs, we will provide the payment provider with relevant evidence, including transaction and order records, delivery or access records, communications, the applicable Terms, and evidence of violations.
Fraudulent, abusive, or inaccurate payment disputes will be contested through the applicable payment-provider process.
Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or payment dispute will result in termination of the associated license and permanent banning from the our store, regardless of whether the dispute is successful. Access to applicable products will be revoked, and any continued use, possession, or distribution of those products following license termination is unauthorized.
7. INFORMATION & ENFORCEMENT
We may retain and disclose information reasonably necessary to investigate or enforce these Terms, prevent fraud, resolve payment disputes, protect intellectual property, or report misconduct.
Relevant information may be provided to payment providers, platforms, rights holders, moderators, community administrators, or other appropriate parties where reasonably necessary.
Information will not intentionally be disclosed for harassment, intimidation, retaliation, or doxxing.
Violations will result in license termination, permanent store bans, copyright/DMCA or platform reports, payment-dispute responses, and other lawful enforcement.
8. SUPPORT & CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Customers must provide accurate information required for purchase or support, including applicable Discord or VRChat identification.
Support is provided through the official astrae Discord support system. Gift purchases are supported only for the purchaser or designated giftee, as applicable.
False or materially misleading information, abuse of staff, or attempts to circumvent restrictions will result in denial of support or termination of access.
9. AGE RESTRICTION
Customers must be 18 or older to purchase NSFW products.
10. TECHNICAL DISCLAIMER
We are not responsible for issues caused by VRChat updates, SDK changes, third-party software, unauthorized modifications, or changes to platform performance.
11. TERMS UPDATES
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply to future purchases and use unless otherwise required by applicable law.
The version applicable to a transaction will be the version presented to the customer at the time of that transaction where relevant.
