🌍🇪🇺🇩🇪⚖️ EUROPEAN VALUES, HUMAN RIGHTS, AND THE RULE OF LAW — WHERE ARE THEY WHEN A PERSON NEEDS THEM MOST?

In 2019, I suffered a workplace accident aboard the ship SOMNIUM VITAE in Germany while working legally under a formal employment contract.

I respected the law, worked legally, and even volunteered in humanitarian relief through THW in Germany. Yet, since my accident, I have received no insurance coverage, rehabilitation, or compensation, and I have spent years living with a disability and chronic pain, without stable shelter.

Instead of protecting my rights under the law, I have experienced discrimination and racism, harassment and intimidation wherever I go, and what I believe to be secret persecution within the European system through indirect attempts to harm me.

Is this justice? Is this the rule of law? Is this what European human rights mean in practice? ⚖️

I demand justice, accountability, and the protection of my rights under applicable German, European, and international law.

I respected the law. I worked legally. I served others. I will not remain silent while my rights and dignity are denied.

The law must apply to everyone — without racism, discrimination, or double standards.

JUSTICE IS A RIGHT, NOT A PRIVILEGE. ⚖️
