Booty Bootcamp Subscription

This is like having me as a coach in your pocket, for every leg day. Whether you want to build muscle, get lean, or shape your physique, this program is for you! This subscription includes 3, 45-minute lower body training days per week using the most effective glute exercises for maximum results. The exercises will challenge you, increase your heart rate, build muscle and strength, and boost your metabolism!

Lets do this!

I will provide you with detailed instructions using basic gym equipment that will be sent through a self-guided app where you can record your workouts, track weight, reps and sets, along with gaining access to a full video library demonstrating each exercise. A new workout split will be sent upon renewal every 4 weeks. Cancel anytime, though you won't want to :)

All for just $10 per workout!
