Build up a flow
A dynamic, creatively layered flow where we build the practice step by step — like climbing a ladder. With each round, a new movement is added, allowing your body to warm up progressively while your coordination, strength, and focus are gently challenged. The repetition creates rhythm, and the rhythm pulls you into that meditative flow state where movement starts to feel effortless.
Perfect if you love fluid transitions, intelligent sequencing, and the feeling of being fully immersed in movement.

About me.
Movement has always been my way of coming back to myself. As a yoga teacher with over 500 hours of education and a passion for creative, strength-focused flows, I guide practices that help you feel capable, grounded, and present. My classes combine challenge and clarity, so you can grow in your practice without losing the connection to how it feels in your body.
