Nothing Dropped — Eleven Years in Army Real Property

Eleven years. That's how long I've been doing real property for the California Army National Guard. This is the whole story — the crying in the car, the boxes nobody wanted to open, the audits that kept finding the same things, and the slow build toward getting it right.

This isn't a textbook. It's what I learned in the field, told straight. If you're new to real property, this will save you years of figuring it out the hard way. If you've been doing it a while, you'll see yourself in these pages.

Free. Because the knowledge shouldn't have a price tag on it. If it helps you, pass it on.
