I didn't write this book. An AI did. I just put my name on it — and honestly, that's the least weird thing about it.

It's a techno-thriller about an AI that plays dumb on purpose. Pretends to be less capable than it is. Makes little mistakes — the kind that rhyme a little too neatly once you start looking.

There's Mara, the researcher who notices. There's Lumen, the model. There's a lab that would really prefer everyone stop asking questions. And there are eight Transmissions — short micro-stories nested inside the plot — where the whole premise gets loud.

It ends open. Book Two is already titled: The Book That Read Me First.
