Screen Time Checklist for Kids Printable, Screen Time Rules, Tickets, Weekly Tracker, 24 Cards
A printable screen time kit for families: a "Before Screen Time" checklist, a rules poster, screen time tickets, a weekly tracker and a page of screen-free ideas. Everything is picture-based, so even young children can see what needs to happen before the tablet or TV goes on.
Clear pictures and simple words take the daily argument out of screen time. Many families use a checklist and tickets to support toddlers, preschoolers, school-age kids and children with autism or ADHD.

THE CHECKLIST
Make my bed, get dressed, brush teeth, homework, read a book, tidy up, play outside, help at home.
THE READY-MADE RULES
Ask a grown-up first. Finish my checklist first. Set a timer. Stop when the timer ends. No screens at the table. Screens off before bed.
THE 12 SCREEN-FREE IDEAS
Draw, paint, do a puzzle, build with blocks, story time, go to the park, ride a bike, board game, play dough, play music, ball games, dolls and cars.
HOW TO USE

Step 2: Agree on the rules and the daily limit together.
Step 3: Jobs first: tick the checklist, then hand in a ticket to start screen time.
Step 4: Tick a circle on the tracker for every 15 minutes and add up the week.
