November Ink: Almond 25ml

This orangy brown was a surprise, and came from almond tree prunings I got from my neighbour.

User notes:

This ink has a little gum arabic as binder, and the bottles also contain a clove as mould deterrent. It's suitable for use with any dipping instrument: bamboo/reed pens, metal nibs (provided they are rinsed after use), quill pens, watercolour brushes, but too thick for fountain pens.

Lifespan:

It's the first time I try it, but I'm guessing six month to a year as it comes from wood.
