This program is an 8-week structured kettlebell plan designed to help you train smarter, stay consistent, and feel stronger going into 2026!
You don’t need hours in the gym, just 30-45 minutes a day, a single kettlebell, and the commitment to show up.
It's beginner-friendly, so whether you have done my series already or not, this program will meet you where you are!
