Bludit Plugin: Author Manager

Easily manage post authors in Bludit.

• Display the author of each post below the post on the Content page, with a clickable author name.
• Display the number of posts by each author next to their name on the Users page, with a clickable post count.
• View each author's posts separately.
• Fix post pagination for individual authors and prevent empty pages.
• Change the author of a published content from the Advance tab in Options menu.
