The 45-Minute Builder + The Night Shift Prompt Vault
You don't have a free weekend. You have tonight.
Here's what actually happens when you try to build something after work.
You sit down Tuesday with forty-five minutes. You open the file. And you
spend twenty-five of those minutes just remembering where you stopped —
what you decided, which version is current, where you were going. Twenty
minutes of real work. Nothing finished.
Thursday, the same. Twenty-five minutes rereading, twenty minutes working,
nothing finished.
That's not a discipline problem. You're paying a reread tax every single
night, and nothing you've bought accounted for it — because every guide
assumes you sit down with a whole free day.
Go look at whatever launch guide you downloaded. Find day two. It probably
says something like "research your niche and validate demand." That's not a
day. That's most of a Saturday.
This one assumes the opposite.
WHAT IT IS
14 sessions. 45 minutes each. Every session starts cold and ends with
something finished.
Each one has one job, one deliverable, and a hard stop. Finish early, you
stop. Timer runs out, you stop anyway — and the card tells you exactly what
to carry into the next night.
Fourteen sessions at three nights a week is about five weeks. At the end of
session 14 your product is live and you have a link you can send someone.
This version includes The Night Shift Prompt Vault, so the prompts are
specific to whatever you're actually building rather than generic across
everything.
SIX FILES
01 — THE GUIDE (30 pages)
Every session gets a spread. The working page has the job, the 45 minutes
broken into timed moves, the done-when test, what to carry forward, and a
write-in box for tonight's tracker line. The prompt sits on the facing page.
Includes the Interrupted Night protocol in full and the Session 14 listing
checklist.
02 — 14 PRINTABLE SESSION CARDS
One page each. Print them, stack them face down, take the top one. You never
look at more than tonight.
03 — THE "WHERE I LEFT OFF" TRACKER
A fillable one-pager. One line before you close the laptop. This single page
is what kills the reread tax — type into it or print it and use a pen.
04 — THE 14 CORE PROMPTS
Copy-paste file. Written to interrogate you, not to generate filler. They
ask questions and build from your answers, so the product comes out sounding
like you wrote it — because you did.
05 — THE NIGHT SHIFT PROMPT VAULT (30 pages)
40 more prompts across six product types: a guide, a workbook, a checklist
or SOP, a template pack, a prompt pack, a mini-course.
Each type gets a profile (what it is, when it's the right call, its specific
failure mode), a Session 05 outline skeleton, and six prompts — outline it,
build it, test it, format it, interrogate the failure mode, sell it.
Plus four prompts for the night you decide to build a second product, and
the compressed session map for round two.
06 — THE 40 VAULT PROMPTS
Copy-paste file for everything in 05.
54 prompts total.
WHY THE VAULT MATTERS
The core fourteen prompts work for any product, which means they're written
for none of them in particular.
A checklist and a mini-course are not built the same way. The Vault swaps in
a sharper prompt at the five sessions where the type actually changes the
work — outlining, drafting, cutting, formatting and selling.
It also tells you when you've picked wrong. The prompt-pack section asks
flatly whether you're selling volume because you don't trust the quality.
The mini-course section asks whether a written guide would serve your buyer
just as well. That's deliberate. Finding out on night three costs you an
evening. Finding out on night twelve costs you the whole build.
WHO IT'S FOR
- You work full time and build after dinner, after the kids, after everything
- You've never sold a digital product and aren't sure what yours would be
- You've started before and stalled somewhere around day three
- You have no audience, no email list, and no interest in building one first
- You'd rather finish something small than plan something big
WHO IT'S NOT FOR
- You already have products selling and need traffic. That's a different
problem and this won't solve it.
- You want a done-for-you product to resell rather than one of your own.
- You're looking for an income claim. There isn't one here.
- You want a 200-page course. This is deliberately the opposite.
WHAT I PROMISE, AND WHAT I DON'T
I promise a finished, listed product in 14 sessions. A link you can send to
a person.
I don't promise money. I don't know what you'll make, and nobody selling you
a $46 download knows either. The closing page of the guide tells you what
first launches actually tend to look like, which is less flattering than
anything else you'll read today.
ONE WARNING THAT'S ALSO INSIDE THE PRODUCT
Don't try to build something that's all six types at once. A guide with a
workbook and a template pack and a prompt library attached isn't more
valuable — it's four unfinished things. Pick one type. Finish it. The other
five are what your second and third products are made of.
