📤 What you need to send:

• 24-bit WAV stems minimum

• All files starting from 0:00

• Clearly labelled tracks including song name from which they are from.

• BPM of the songs

• Reference tracks (optional but recommended)

• Poor quality recordings cannot be “fixed”, only improved

• Extra revisions and stem exports are charged separately

What files do i send?

Please send:

• 24-bit WAV files (minimum)

• A reference track (optional but recommended)

How long does it take?

Turnaround time is 3-5 days from when we receive your files. If you need it faster please purchase the Express Turnaround add-on.

How many revisions are included?

2 revisions are included with this service. Additional revisions can be purchased separately.

Do you offer refunds?

Because this is a custom service and time is allocated to your project, refunds are not guaranteed once work has started. If there's a genuine issue, we'll always try to resolve it fairly and professionally.

Does this include mastering?

No. This is mixing only.

Will I get stems, instrumental & acapella?

The standard delivery includes:

• 24-bit 44.1khz Wav file
• 320 mbps MP3 file

If you need full stem exports, purchase the Pro Mix option.

Can I attend the session?

No. This is an online mixing service. This keeps turnarounds fast and prices affordable.

What if I have more than 40 stems?

If your session is very large or complex, you may be asked to purchase Session Cleanup & Mix Prep.
