Micah’s Satchel is a crossbody bag with a long strap and folded front flap, meant to hold treasures found while adventuring. Perfect for everyday play, beach walks, or seasonal hikes, this satchel will be a useful addition to your little one’s collection.

Note: Yarn needs may differ. Golden sample is shown is size small, knit with 60 yards of Sandnes Garn Line.

Gauge
21 stitches & 28 rounds = 4” (10cm) in stockinette in the round, after blocking

US size 5 (3.75 mm) 16 inch (40 cm) circular needles or DPNs, or preferred needle for small circumference knitting
OR needle size required to obtain gauge
Extras: stitch markers, tapestry needle, removable stitch markers or waste yarn

Techniques
Knitting flat, picking up stitches, knitting in the round, decreasing, I-cord bind off, wrap and turn short rows, applied I-cord
