This is block 1 of my upper/lower split that i’ve been following for the last few months, obviously as time goes on training adjustments occur often. With that said in real time I’m on block 3, but i don’t like just giving you a split I myself don’t enjoy. So at the moment there’s 3 blocks, starting off with block 1 being a more simple approach, this was my first actual time attempting upper/lower so the exercise selection is simple as well. In the other blocks things do become more intricate but I just wanted to start out with this one to see if you guys enjoy it. As a reminder please remember that just because you follow someone’s split perfectly doesn’t mean the results will be the same, everyone has their own set of genetics, and their own set of goals so don’t trip over your progress next to the other guy. Your progress is your progress, your pace is whatever you make it, just focus on you and you will flourish in time.
