The Foundation Series is a 12-week bodyweight training program built specifically for athletes ages 8–10. Designed by a licensed Physical Therapist and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, every session focuses on the movement skills that transfer to every sport your child will ever play — balance, coordination, body control, agility, and explosive power.
Zero equipment needed. Three days a week. Results that last a lifetime.
What's inside: 12 weeks of progressive programming across 4 phases, coaching cues written by a PT for every exercise, a dynamic warm-up and cool-down routine, a parent guide, nutrition basics for young athletes, and a progress tracking sheet to measure real improvement from Week 1 to Week 12.
