The Story of Leezy McBride, Series 1

Not every ending is the end.

This story contains themes of death, suicide (discussed, not shown), grief and unwanted attention from a professor. Reader discretion is advised. If you or someone you know is struggling, please reach out to a trusted person or a local helpline.

Meet Leezy McBride. She is eighteen and kind, and she is the girl who remembers your birthday and your coffee order. Her roommate and best friend, Ivy, is the only person who knows all of her.

Then a professor takes too much interest in Leezy. Missed calls and messages in the middle of the night start to pile up. Then comes one quiet Sunday night.

The Story of Leezy McBride: Series 1 is a short, fully illustrated mystery story. Dark, moody artwork runs through nine short chapters, and it ends on a cliffhanger that sets up Series 2.
