HOW IT WORKS

Send your client the video link before his appointment, or let him scan the QR code in the salon. He watches each video, initials the matching section, and signs the declaration. You keep the signed agreement and log every refit and maintenance visit on the back. He takes home his Client Copy.

The PDFs can be filled in on a phone, iPad or computer, or printed. The wording is locked, so only the answer boxes can be filled in, including your own deposit amount, notice period and cancellation terms.
